I call this the Pig Mac. What you see pictured here from the bottom up is a 1/3 pound 100% ground bacon patty with melted Bacon Cheddar cheese from Hook’s Cheese Company on it. Oh, and a few slices of bacon as well just for good measure. Noodles & Company recently brought back their three signature “Grown Up Mac & Cheese” dishes, and to help promote them they sent me a gift bag, which included coupons to try the entrÃ©es, some lip balm, an apron and a couple Noodles t-shirts.
