I’d never even heard of Dino’s House of Corned Beef until they dropped a stack of their menus off where I work. Their original Chalupa must not have been big enough, because Taco Bell recently introduced their new XXL Chalupas, which are twice the size of their predecessors. I decided that I needed to try one, so on one recent lunch break I headed to the nearest Taco Bell. I was at a farmers market in Milwaukee recently and came across a booth that was selling something called the “Walking Taco.” A Walking Taco consists of a bag of Fritos (in this case one of the small snack size bags) filled with ground beef, nacho cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream. It’s then served with a plastic fork so you can eat it while you walk around.
