A lot of the time when I’m grilling I run across the same problem I have when I’m trying to figure out where to go on my lunch break, and the problem is that I just can’t decide what I want to eat. I solved that problem recently however when I came up with a delicious burger that I’ve dubbed “The Tailgater.”
You won’t find any lettuce or tomato on this burger, and that’s because I only stuck with the necessities. The Tailgater has two hamburger patties, a turkey burger, a brat, an Italian sausage, a hot dog and a turkey dog topped with three pieces of cheese, bacon, spinach and artichoke dip and a fried egg.
When I was done assembling the burger I felt like something was missing however, and that’s when I went into my refrigerator and grabbed an ice cold Schlitz Tall Boy. I think one of my favorite things about this burger (aside from how good it was) is that it was almost as tall as my beer.
