The Veatloaf Sandwich

The veatloaf sandwichSometimes when I go out I drink a lot, and usually when I drink a lot I get hungry. Occasionally when I’m hungry after a night of drinking I’ll stop somewhere and get something to eat, but more often than not I instead end up back at home going through the refrigerator putting as much stuff into one sandwich as I can. The veatloaf sandwich was invented on one of these nights.

The sandwich includes a slice of veal, a chunk of homemade meatloaf, a fried egg, cheddar cheese and mayonnaise, all between two pieces of toasted wheat bread (you know… to keep it healthy).

Ah, the Veatloaf. Probably my favorite of your sandwich creations.
