The Egglami Sandwich
It doesn't always take a night of drinking for me to whip up a crazy sandwich. Sometimes when I'm bored, hungry and don't have much food in my refrigerator I like to just combine everything that I do have into one sandwich and give it a ridiculous name. This is how the Egglami sandwich was born.
The sandwich features salami, a fried egg, two kinds of cheese, lettuce, mayonnaise, salsa and guacamole and is served on nutritious whole wheat toast.
your site is awesome. My buddy Ben Hermsen turned me onto it. I was just wondering when you made the egglami sandwhich if you fried the salami as well???
