Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups (16 ounces) Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 cups (16 ounces) Swiss cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sauerkraut
  • ½ cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 pound corned beef diced

Method
 

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for two hours or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
  2. Serve with rye bread and assorted crackers for dipping.
