Method
- Heat oil in deep fryer or heavy skillet to 375°F.
- Combine milk and eggs in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Dip each cheesecake slice in the egg wash and coat in panko breadcrumbs. Repeat this process again if necessary.
- Fry cheesecake slices 2 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with chocolate syrup, caramel sauce and powdered sugar or your preferred toppings.
