Ingredients
  

  • 1 box (12 ounces) Golden Grahams finely ground
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 2/3 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 24 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Mix Golden Grahams crumbs, 2/3 cup sugar, melted butter and 1 tablespoon hot sauce until well blended . Press mixture into a springform pan.
  • Bake at 375° for 10 minutes, remove from oven and lower oven temperature to 350°.
  • Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, eggs, 1 tablespoon hot sauce and 2 teaspoons vanilla.
  • Pour batter into springform pan, bake for one hour and then turn off oven and leave cheesecake in the oven for an additional hour before removing.
