Totchos (Tater Tot Nachos) Recipe

Elevate your nacho game to legendary status by swapping out the tortilla chips for crispy tater tots topped with juicy pulled pork and all your favorite fixings!

Ingredients
  

Pulled Pork

  • 1 pork shoulder
  • 3 tablespoons BBQ seasoning
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Totchos

  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • Your choice of toppings In addition to the pulled pork I went with nacho cheese, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, sliced jalapeƱos, guacamole and sour cream.

Instructions
 

Pulled Pork

  • Season the entire pork shoulder with your choice of BBQ seasoning and place into slow cooker.
  • Top with 1 cup BBQ sauce of your choice and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours or until pork shoulder can easily be shredded with a fork.
  • Shred pork shoulder with a fork and stir to coat with sauce.

Totchos

  • Cook tater tots according to the directions on the bag.
  • Transfer tater tots to a plate and cover them with your toppings of choice. In addition to the pulled pork I went with pulled pork, nacho cheese, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, sliced jalapeƱos, guacamole and sour cream.
