I believe it was Alexander Graham Bell who once said “When one door closes another door opens.” Never have those words rang truer than recently when I made some biscuits that were stuffed with fried chicken and coleslaw. Although I’m referring to this as a Macaroni and Cheese Crust Pizza, I guess it’s really more of a mac and cheese pie that’s topped with sauce, cheese and pepperoni. I guess it could be considered a deep dish mac and cheese pizza, but I can guarantee that if I called it that the first person from Chicago that saw it would freak out about how it really isn’t a true deep dish pizza.
